Ingredients:
1/2 cupPeach or apricot preserves
1/4 cupWhite vinegar
1 tbspGrated ginger
1/3 cupFinely chopped scallions
Procedures:
1Combine the preserves, vinegar & ginger & heat to a simmer.
2Simmer gently, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
3Remove from the heat & stir in the chopped scallions.
4Will keep refrigerated for 2 weeks or so.
