Ingredients:

| lbs | Frozen bread dough | | 1/2
| cup | Olive oil | | | Cornmeal | | 2
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| tsp | Pepper | | 2
| tsp | Fennel seed |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oven to 475°F. | | 2 | Divide dough in half. | | 3 | Spread 2 tb oil in each of two 10" x 15" cookie pans (with sides) and sprinkle with cornmeal. | | 4 | Press dough into pans & tap surafce with your fingers for a dimpled top. | | 5 | Drizzle remaining oil over dough. | | 6 | Combine salt, pepper & fennel seeds. | | 7 | Sprinkle over the dough. | | 8 | Bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes. | | 9 | Cut into wedges (22 per cookie sheet). | | 10 | Serve warm or at room temperature. | | 11 | "first" magazine, january 11, 199 |
