| cup | Cheddar cheese, cubed | | 1/2
| tbsp | Celery seed | | 1/2

| | Bell pepper, chopped | | 1/2
| cup | Milk | | 1
| | Egg, beaten | | 1/2
| cup | Bread crumbs, dry | | 1

Procedures:
