Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat broiler. | | 2 | Arrange bread on a baking pan. | | 3 | Broil until lightly colored on both sides. | | 4 | Cool very slightly. | | 5 | Spread 12 bread rounds with brie and 12 bread rounds with blue cheese. | | 6 | Arrange radish slices in circle atop brie toasts and celery slices in circle atop blue cheese toasts. | | 7 | Serve immediately. |
