1 1/2 lbsGround Beef
1/4 cupOnion, Finely Chopped, 1 sm.
1/4 cupWater Or Evaporated Milk
1 tbspSalt
1 tbspWorcestershire Sauce
1/4 tbspPepper
VARIATIONS
1 tbspHorseradish
1 tbspMustard, Prepared
1 tbspChives, Snipped
2 tbspBlue Cheese, Crumbled, *
2 tbspSesame Seed
1/4 cupRipe Olives, Chopped
1/4 cupDill Pickle, Chopped, OR
1/4 cupPickle Relish
1/4 cupNuts, Chopped
Procedures:
1* you should use only enough blue cheese to suit your own taste.
2Mix all ingredients (including those in the variations that you choose) together.
3Shape mixture into 6 patties, each about ?inch thick.
4Broil or grill patties 4-inches from the heat, turning once, to desired doneness, 10 to 15 minutes.
