Ingredients:
12 lbsChuck Or Arm Roast
2 tspDry Mustard
1/2 tspGarlic salt
2 tspOnion Salt
2 tspCelery Salt
2 tspSalt
1 tspPepper
2 tbspMayonnaise
2 tbspVinegar
2 tbspKitchen Bouquet
Procedures:
1Place unseasoned roast in roaster with 1 inch water.
2Cover and cook 3-4 hours depending on sixe of roast.
3Add sauce and baste.
4Continue to cook covered til tender.
5Thicken liquid with flour
