| tbsp | Butter or margarine | | 1
| tbsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tbsp | Ground nutmeg (optional) | | 1/2
| cup | Water | | 1/3
| cup | Slivered, blanched almonds | | 1/4
| tbsp | Pepper |

Procedures:
