Green chili won tons!

Ingredients:
1/2 lbsMonterey Jack, grated
4 ozCan green chilies, chopped
1 packWon ton skins
GUACOMOLE DIP
2 ea Large ripe avocados
3 tbspFresh lime juice
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspGround coriander
2 tspMinced green onion
3 tbspMayonnaise
Procedures:
1Mix cheese and green chilies.
2Place 1 ts mixture on won ton skin and fold like an envelope.
3Fry in 2" of hot oil, until brown, turning so that both sides will be brown.
4Drain.
5Serve hot with guacomole dip.
6For dip: mash pulp of avocado and blend in lime juice.
7Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
8Cover and refrigerate until used
