Ingredients:
| 1/2
| lbs | Monterey Jack, grated | | 4
| oz | Can green chilies, chopped | | 1
| pack | Won ton skins | | | GUACOMOLE DIP | | | 2 ea Large ripe avocados | | 3
| tbsp | Fresh lime juice | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Ground coriander | | 2
| tsp | Minced green onion | | 3
| tbsp | Mayonnaise |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix cheese and green chilies. | | 2 | Place 1 ts mixture on won ton skin and fold like an envelope. | | 3 | Fry in 2" of hot oil, until brown, turning so that both sides will be brown. | | 4 | Drain. | | 5 | Serve hot with guacomole dip. | | 6 | For dip: mash pulp of avocado and blend in lime juice. | | 7 | Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. | | 8 | Cover and refrigerate until used |
