Fibre-rich: homemade granola

Ingredients:
1/2 cupLiquid honey
4 cupRolled oats, lg flake, cooking
1/2 cupAlmonds, chopped
3/4 cupWheat germ
1 cupRaisins
Procedures:
1In a small saucepan, heat honey over medium heat for about 1 minute or until very runny.
2Place rolled oats in bowl; pour warm honey over and stir to coat.
3Spread mixture evenly on 2 baking sheets; sprinkle almonds over top.
4Bake in 300f 150c oven for 12 minutes.
5Stir in wheat germ; bake, stirring occasionally, for 8-10 minutes longer or until light brown.
6Remove from oven; transfer to large bowl.
7Mix in raisins.
8Let cook completely.
