Basic meatloaf

Ingredients:
1 Egg
2/3 cupMilk
3 cupSoft Bread Crumbs
1 tbspPrepared Mustard
1 3/4 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
1/2 tspBasil
1/2 tspCoriander
1 Onion, chopped
1/2 cupCelery, chopped
1/4 cupParsley, chopped
2 lbsGround Meat
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2In a large bowl, use a mixing spoon to combine egg and milk.
3Stir in bead cubes and let stand until bead absorbs milk.
4Use potato masher or fork to mash and stir mixture until bead is in very small particles.
5Stir in mustard, salt, pepper, basil, coriander, onion, celery and parsley.
6Add ground meat and mix well with spoon or hands.
7Using hands, press mixture into a 9 x 5" loaf pan.
8Bake for 55 minutes.
9Slice and serve.
