| 1 | Heat margarine until melted. |
| 2 | Stir in lime peel and lime juice. |
| 3 | Brush on bith sides of tortillas. |
| 4 | Grill tortillas 5-6" from medium coals, turning once, until golden brown. |
| 5 | Sprinkle with salt if desired. |
| 6 | Cool slightly; break into pieces. |
| 7 | Note: if there isn"t room on your grill for 2 large tortillas, cut them into 6 wedges before grilling |
