Ingredients:

| | Avocados, sliced, pitted | | 1
| | Med onion, minced | | 1/3
| cup | Chunky style picante sauce | | | Juice of 2 limes | | 2
| | Cloves garlic, pressed | | | Salt to taste | | 1
| dash | Accent |

Procedures:
| 1 | Scoop out avocados using large serving spoon. | | 2 | Place in mixing bowl and mash with fork, masher, or elec. | | 3 | Hand mixer on low speed briefly. | | 4 | Texture should be slightly chunky. | | 5 | Stir in remaining ingredients. | | 6 | Add a little more picante sauce to "loosen" mixture if necessary or desirable. | | 7 | Yield: 2 cups approx |
