Ingredients:

| each | Avocados, mashed | | 2
| pack | Taco Seasonings (Ortega) | | 3
| each | Chopped Tomatoes | | 1
| each | Bunch chopped scallions | | 1
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 1
| tbsp | Mayonaise | | 1
| cup | Sour Cream | | 1
| cup | Mayonnaise | | 3/4
| cup | Monterey Jack Cheese | | 3/4
| cup | Sharp Cheddar Cheese | | 1
| can | Sliced Black Olives |

Procedures:
| 1 | Shred cheese and mix together. | | 2 | Mash avacados with 1 tbs lemon juice and 1 tbs mayonaise. | | 3 | Mix taxo mix with sour cream and 1 c. mayonaise. | | 4 | Mix cheddar and monterey jack cheeses together. | | 5 | Put in layers, starting at bottom of dish. | | 6 | Serves 20. | | 7 | Recipe may be halved. | | 8 | Serve in a flat dish, such as a 9" pie plate |
