Ingredients:

| cup | Bread Crumbs, Dry | | 1
| | Egg, Large | | 1/2
| tsp | Allspice | | 1/2
| cup | Applesauce | | 1/4
| cup | Onion, Finely Chopped, 1 sm. | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 16
| oz | Sauerkraut, Drained, 1 can |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix all the ingredients together except the sauerkraut. | | 2 | Shape the mixture into 6 patties, each about ?inch thick. | | 3 | Brown the patties in a large skillet over medium heat, turning once. | | 4 | Drain off the excess fat. | | 5 | Spoon the sauerkraut onto the patties. | | 6 | Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes |
