1 tspDIJON MUSTARD
2 ozLOW-FAT SWISS CHEESE, FINELY

6 ozPITA BREAD TRIANGLES
FRENCH BREAD SLICES, OR
MELBA TOAST ROUNDS
Procedures:
1In med-size bowl, combine cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, and mustard; add ham and swiss cheese.
2With wooden spoon, mix until thoroughly blended.
3To serve, spread on pita triangles or toast.
