Ingredients:
1 cupLiverwurst
1/4 cupWhite onion, minced
1 tspDijon mustard
1/2 cupSour cream
1 tspDill pickle relish
1/2 tspWhite pepper
Procedures:
1Blend the liverwurst and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
2Add all the other ingredients, blending well.
3May be served at room temperature or chilled.
4Makes about 1 ?cups of dip.
