Ham'n swiss croissants

Ingredients:
3 tbspButter (45mL)
3 cupMushrooms, sliced (750mL)
3 tbspGreen onion, sliced (45mL)
1 1/2 tbspFlour (25mL)
3/4 cupMilk (175mL)
Salt
Pepper
4 largeCroissants, halved
8 sliceHam
6 ozSwiss cheese, sliced (170g)
Procedures:
1Melt butter in saucepan.
2Saut mushrooms and onions until tender and mushroom liquid has evaporated.
3Blend in flour.
4Gradually stir in milk.
5Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
6Add salt and pepper to taste.
7On bottom half of each croissant layer 2 slices of ham, one quarter of the cheese and one quarter of the mushroom sauce; replace top of croissant.
8Bake in 350f180c oven about 15 min. or until heated through
