| 1 | Cut each egg roll wrapper 4 pieces. |
| 2 | Fill dutch oven or large pot about ?full of water, bring to boil. |
| 3 | Drop in egg roll wrappers 2 at a time, cook 15-20 sec till look like cooked noodles. |
| 4 | Use slot spoon and remove 1 at a time. |
| 5 | Drain on paper towels in single layer. |
| 6 | If stick together, hold under cold water to separate. |
| 7 | Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. |
| 8 | Arrange wrappers in single layer and sprinkle with spices. |
| 9 | Bake 375°F for 5 minutes. |
| 10 | Turn, additional 3-4 minutes till golden and crisp. |
| 11 | Remove and cool on wire rack |
