| lbs | Chicken Wings * | | 1/4
| cup | Dry White Wine | | 1/3
| cup | Olive Oil | | 2
| | Lemon Rind, Grated | | 2
| | Lemon Juice | | 2
| | Cloves Garlic, Chopped | | 4
| tbsp | Parsley, Minced | | 1
| tsp | Oregano | | 1
| tsp | Thyme | | 1/4
| tsp | Ground Black Pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | * chicken wings should have tips removed and be cut in half at the joint. | | 2 | ~--------------------------------------------------------------------- ~- mix all ingredients in a plastic bagand knead occasionally for 2 hours. | | 3 | Cook on a grill or under a broiler, cooking for 10 minutes on one side, then turning and basting with marinade. | | 4 | Continue to cook for 10 minutes or until done. | | 5 | Serve immediately or refrigerate until needed |
