| lbs | Lean ground beef | | 1/2
| cup | Dry bread crumbs | | 1/3
| cup | Minced onion | | 1/4
| cup | Milk | | 1
| | Egg, beaten | | 1
| tbsp | Snipped fresh parsley | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Pepper | | 1
| tsp | Worcestershire sauce | | | SAUCE | | 1
| | Bottle chili sauce | | 1
| | Jar (10oz) grape jelly |

Procedures:
