Ingredients:

| cup | Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese | | 1
| cup | Grated Mild Colby Cheese | | 1/2
| cup | Grated Parmesan Cheese | | 8
| oz | Cream Cheese | | 1
| tbsp | Milk | | 1
| small | Clove Garlic -- crushed |

Procedures:
| 1 | : or ?tsp garlic powder : ds salt : ds worcestershire sauce ?c chopped nuts : (walnuts/pecans/sesame : seeds) have all ingredients at 60 °F for easier mixing. | | 2 | Combine all ingredients except nuts. | | 3 | Form into ball or log and roll in nuts. | | 4 | (you may need to chill before forming into ball or log). | | 5 | Refrigerate until used. | | 6 | Serve with crackers, ray veggies or fresh fruit. | | 7 | These also make lovely holidy gifts. | | 8 | You can color the coating by adding mild paprika or chopped parsley with the nuts |
