Ingredients:
1 lbsBeef shin, bone in
3 quartWater
1 largeOnion, chopped
2 largeStalks celery, chopped
1 lbsCan of tomatos
1 tbspSalt
1/4 tspBlack pepper
1/8 tspCayenne pepper
10 ozPackage frozen mixed
-vegetables
1 Pckg fresh or frozen mixed
-soup vegetables
1 lbsMaryland crab meat
1/2 lbsMaryland claw crabmeat
Procedures:
1Put first 8 ingredients in a large pan and simmer, covered, until meat is very tender, about 3 hours.
2Add rest of ingredients and simmer, covered, until vegetables are done.
3Makes about 5 quarts of soup
