Procedures:
| 1 | Make a sponge with all ingredients using only half of the flour. | | 2 | Mix on low for 10 min.knead in remaining flour. | | 3 | Allow to rise twice and press onto ungreased cookie sheet. | | 4 | Brush top with olive oil. | | 5 | Top with chopped garlic. | | 6 | Sprinkle with rosemary and coarse salt. | | 7 | Let rise again. | | 8 | Bake 375 °F for 30 min |
