| cup | Mashed Potato Flakes, or buds | | 2
| cup | Bread Flour + 2 Tbs | | 1

| 1 | Put ingredients in pan in the order suggested by mfg. | | 2 | Notes: this bread was originally made with real mashed potatoes. | | 3 | For the sake of simplicity, i developed a recipe using mashed-potato flakes. | | 4 | It retains the excellent flavor and light-yellowish color of the original. | | 5 | For panasonic/national machines, use 3 tsp of yeast for 1 ?: lb loaf. | | 6 | For toastmaster machine use setting # 3, basic (light) |
