Easy cheesy snack bread

Ingredients:
4 1/2 cupAll-Purpose Flour, divided
2 packFLEISCHMANN's 8 g Quick-Rise
1 xInstant Yeast (2 Tbls)
2 tbspItalian Seasoning
1 xDried, crushed
1 1/2 tbspSalt
1 eachGarlic clove, minced
1 1/2 cupVery warm Water(125F-130F)
2 eachEggs
2 cupCheddar Cheese, shredded
2 canGreen Chilies, 114Ml each
1 xDiced, drained
1/4 cupPimentos, drained, sliced
Procedures:
1In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of the flour, undissolved yeast, italian seasoning, salt and garlic.
2Stir warm water into dry ingredients.
3Beat 2 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer, scraping bowl occasionally.
4Add eggs and ?cup more flour; beat 2 minutes at high speed scraping bowl immediately.
5With spoon mix in 1 cup of cheese and enough flour to make a soft dough.
6Cover; let rest for 10 minutes.
7With back of a large metal spoon or lightly oiled hands, spread dough in greased 15x10x?inch(2l) jelly roll pan.
8Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
9Top with chilies and pimentos.
10Cover; let rise in a warm, draft-free place until light and puffy, about 20 minutes.
11Bake in 400f(200c) oven 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
12Serve warm, cut into squares.
