Roasted garlic bread

Ingredients:
1 ?PD LOAF
2 tbspMashed roasted garlic
1 cupPlus 2 tb water
1 tbspVegetable oil
3 cupBread Flour
2 tbspSugar
1 tspSalt
1 1/4 tspYeast
2 LB LOAF
3 tbspMashed roasted Garlic
1 1/2 cupWater
1 tbspVegetable oil
4 cupBread flour
2 tbspSugar
1 tspSalt
1 1/2 tspYeast
Procedures:
1Select basic white cycle.
2Use medium or light colour crust and do not use delay cycles.
3Place all ingredient in the bread maker in the order listed except the garlic.
4Add the mashed garlic at the raisin nut signal or 5 to 10 minutes before last kneading cycle ends.
5To prepare roasted garlic: heat oven to 350 and peel away paper like skin from around the garlic bulbs leaving just enough to hold bulb intact.
6Trim tops of garlic bulbs about ?inch to expose cloves.
7Place bulbs stem ends down on 12 inch square of foil.
8Drizzle each bulb with 2 ts olive or vegetable oil.
9Wrap securely in foil and place in pie plate or shallow baking pan.
10Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until garlic is tender when pierced with toothpick or fork.
11Cool slightly.
12Gently squeeze garlic out of cloves.
13A one ounce bulb of garlic roasted equals about 1 tablespoon mashed garlic.
14A 2 ounce bulb equals about 2 tablespoons mashed garlic
