Ingredients:
2 1/4 cupBread flour
1/4 cupRye flour (1 oz)
2 tbspSugar
1 tbspDry milk
1 tspSalt
1 tbspButter
1 cupWater
1 tspDry yeast
Procedures:
1Timer may be used.
2Place all ingredients (except liquids and yeast) inside the bread pan.
3Add liquid ingredients.
4Close cover and place dry yeast into the yeast holder.
