| cup | Rye flour | | 3
| cup | Bread flour | | 3/4
| cup | Yellow cornmeal | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| cup | Honey | | 1 1/2
| cup | Very warm water |

Procedures:
