Ingredients:
1 cupOnion, Chopped, 1 Large
1 Clove Garlic, Finely Chopped
1/4 cupMargarine Or Butter
4 cupChicken, Cooked, *
3 cupChicken Broth
2 tbspCilantro, Fresh, Snipped
1 tbspBasil Leaves, Dried
2 tspRed Chiles, Ground
1/4 tspCloves, Ground
32 ozGreat Northern Beans, 2 Cans
GARNISHES
3/4 cupTomato, Chopped, 1 Medium
Blue Or Yellow Corn Tortilla
Chips.
COOK AND STIR ONION AND GARL
Procedures:
1* chicken should be cut into ?inch cubes.
2Margarine in 4-quart dutch oven until onion is tender.
3Stir in remaining ingredients except chopped tomato and tortilla chips.
4Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
5Cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
6Sterve with tomato and tortilla chips
