Ingredients:
1/4 cupOnion, Chopped, 1 Small
1 tbspMargarine Or Butter
2 cupChicken Broth
2 tbspGreen Chiles, Canned, *
1/2 tbspSalt
1/8 tbspPepper
2 ea Zucchini, Small, Chopped
8 3/4 ozWhole Kernel Corn, Drained
1 cupMilk
2 ozCheese, Monterey Jack, **
GARNISHES
1 xNutmeg, Ground
1 xParsley, Snipped
Procedures:
1* canned green chiles should be finely chopped.
2** cheese should be cut into ?inch cubes (about ?cup) ~--------------------------------------------------------------------- ~-- cook and stir onion in margarine in 2-quart saucepan until tender.
3Stir in broth, chiles, salt, pepper, zucchini and corn.
4Heat to boiling, reduce heat.
5Cover and simmer until zucchini is tender, about 5 minutes.
6Stir in milk; heat until hot.
7Stir in cheese.
8Garnish with nutmeg and parsley
