| cup | Water | | 3
| tsp | Chili Powder | | 1 1/2
| cup | Minute Rice | | 1/2
| cup | Crushed Tortilla Chips | | 1/2
| cup | Shredded Cheddar Cheese |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine tomato sauce, water and chili powder in a medium sized saucepan. | | 2 | Bring to a full boil. | | 3 | Stir in rice. | | 4 | Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes. | | 5 | Sprinkle with tortilla chips and cheese. | | 6 | Serve with shredded lettuce and sour cream if desired |
