Ingredients:

| quart | Wine, red, dry 1 ea Cinnamon stick | | 1
| cup | Honey |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine the wine and honey in a bowl and mix well. | | 2 | Add the cinnamon stick. | | 3 | Cover and let stand in the sun for 3 days. | | 4 | Stir occasionally. | | 5 | Remove the cinnamon. | | 6 | Pour into bottles or glass jars and seal. | | 7 | Let stand 3 more days in the sun. | | 8 | This used to be given to children and anybody else who needed a strengthening drink - for a cold, or before going swimming in lake lugano |
