| cup | Carrot, Finely Chopped | | 1/2
| cup | Celery, Finely Chopped | | 2
| cup | Chicken Broth | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| tsp | Cumin, Ground | | 1/4
| tsp | Nutmeg, Ground | | 1
| dash | Cloves, Ground | | 1
| dash | Pepper | | 1
| cup | Dairy Sour Cream | | | GARNISH | | 1

Procedures:
