Ingredients:
| | FROM A SMALL RESTAURANT | | | PENSIONNE IN VILLARS SUR | | | OLLON IN SWITZERLAND | | 1
| | Garlic to taste | | 1/2
| lbs | Emmentaler cheese | | 1/2
| lbs | Gruyers cheese | | 1
| cup | Dry white wine | | 3
| tbsp | Kirsch Wasser (a liquore) | | 1
| tsp | Potato or corn starch |

Procedures:
| 1 | Grate cheeses. | | 2 | Rub fondue pot with clove of garlic. | | 3 | Add wine to fondue pot and heat to near boiling. | | 4 | Stir in grated cheese. | | 5 | If mixture is thin, add potato/corn starch. | | 6 | (mix starch in a little water to avoid lumps). | | 7 | Add kirsch wasser just before serving |
