Ingredients:
1 lbsCarrots
1/4 cupButter
1/4 tspDried dill weed, crushed
Ds Salt - to taste
Ds Pepper - to taste
1/4 cupTequila
Procedures:
1Cut carrots in ?inch diagonal slices.
2Melt butter over low heat.
3Add carrots.
4Increase the heat to medium and cook carrots for 10 minutes or until carrots are tender stirring occasionally.
5Add spices to taste, increase heat to high.
6Pour tequila over carrots, then ignite using a long match.
7When flames have died down, stir and serve immediately.
