Ingredients:
1 lbsFish filets
8 ozLime juice
1 Large onion, finely chopped
1 Small jalapeno pepper, chopt
2 Med tomatoes, finely chopped
30 Pitted green olives
1/8 tspCumin
20 Capers
1/4 cupFresh coriander, chopped
1/4 cupOlive oil
1 Salt & pepper to taste
1 Oregano to taste
Procedures:
1Servings: 6 marinate fish in lime juice for 4 to 5 hours, until fish turns white.
2Drain; mix with all other ingredients.
