Ingredients:
2 lbsGround beef
1/4 cupKikkoman Soy Sauce
4 sliceBread, shredded
3 tbspInstant minced onion
2 Celery stalks
-- finely chopped
1 largeCarrot, shredded
8 ozTomato sauce
1 Egg
1/8 tspTabasco pepper sauce
Procedures:
1Thoroughly combine all ingredients; lightly pack into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
2Bake at 350°F.
31 hour, or until thoroughly cooked.
4Drain liquid; let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
