Ingredients:

| oz | Saltines, finely crushed | | 1
| | Onion, finely diced | | 1
| | Egg | | 1
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 2
| tsp | Dill | | 2
| tsp | Pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | Trim canned salmon of large bones and skin as desired. | | 2 | Mix well with other ingredients, except oil. | | 3 | Form into 3" x ? patties and fry lightly in oil until golden brown. | | 4 | Makes approximately 12 mini- salmon burgers. | | 5 | Serves 4 as an appetizer or 2 as a main course. |
