Ingredients:
1 cupLOW FAT COTTAGE CHEESE
1/2 cupPLAIN, LOW FAT YOGURT
1/2 tspDILL WEED
1 eachCLOVE GARLIC, MINCED
2 eachGREEN ONIONS, CHOPPED
1 tbspFRESH PARSLEY, CHOPPED
Procedures:
1Place cottage cheese in blender and process until smooth.
2Add remaining ingredients and process until mixed well.
3Place in bowl, cover, and chill for at least one hour or until ready to serve.
4Makes about 1 ?cups.
