Fried lumpia with sesame seeds

Ingredients:
1/2 cupShrimp
2 Bunches spring onions
1 1/2 cupMeat asado*
8 Pieces Chinese mushrooms
Soaked in water and cut in
Pieces
1 cupCubed bamboo shoots
2 Egg yolks
2 tbspFlour
1 tbspRice wine
Pepper/salt to taste
M.S.G. to taste
10 Big pieces lumpia wrapper
2 Egg whites
1/2 cupSesame seeds
MEAT ASADO:
3/4 cupHot stock
1/3 cupSoy sauce
1/3 cupBrown sugar
2 tbspWhite wine
1 tspSalt
1/2 tspM.S.G.
2 Cloves crushed garlic
1 cupPork or ham, whole
Procedures:
1For pork asado-chinese style: in a 2 qt saucepan, combine stock, sauce, brown sugar, white wine, salt, m.s.g.
2And garlic.
3Put in pork.
4Cover pan, bring to a boil.
5Lower heat and simmer until meat is tender.
6Slice meat.
7Serve hot with sauce or go on with the lumpia directions.
8Lumpia: combine shrimp, onions, pork asado, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, egg yolks, flour, rice wine, pepper, salt and m.s.g.
9Wrap in lumpia wrappers.
10Grease steamer and steam for 10 minutes.
11Rub with egg whites and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
12Cool.
13Fry in hot canola or peanut oil.
14Serve with your favorite sweet and sour sauce
