Fried shrimp balls

Ingredients:
1 lbsFresh shrimp
4 Water chestnuts chopped fine
1/2 cupBamboo shoots chopped fine
1/4 tspFresh chopped ginger
1 tspSalt
1 tbspWhite wine
2 tspCorn starch
1 Egg white
Deep frying oil
Procedures:
1Prepare shrimp by cleaning thoroughly and removing shell, legs and devein.
2Mince the shrimp.
3Combine all of the ingredients except oil use a teaspoon of the mixture and shape into balls.
4Heat oil in a deep pot or skillet and deep fry shrimp balls until golden brown.
5Remove from oil and place onto paper towells to drain excess oil.
