Ingredients:
4 lbsChuck roast
1 largeOnion, chopped
1/2 cupCelery, chopped
2 tbspVinegar
2 tbspBrown sugar
3 tbspWorcestershire sauce
4 tbspLemon juice
1 cupCatsup
1 tspChili powder
1 1/2 cupWater
Procedures:
1Combine all ingredients and pour over meat.
2Cook at 350o until meat is done.
3(i usually cook three hours).
4Shred with 2 forks or put through meat grinder.
5(i return the meat and sauce back to the oven so the sauce is fully absorbed).
6Can be frozen.
