Ingredients:

| lbs | Chuck roast | | 1
| large | Onion, chopped | | 1/2
| cup | Celery, chopped | | 2
| tbsp | Vinegar | | 2
| tbsp | Brown sugar | | 3
| tbsp | Worcestershire sauce | | 4
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 1
| cup | Catsup | | 1
| tsp | Chili powder | | 1 1/2
| cup | Water |

Procedures:
