Fruit soup

Ingredients:
1/4 cupDried apricots
3/4 cupDried prunes
1/4 cupDried peaches
1/4 cupDried pears
6 cupCold water
1 Cinnamon stick
2 Lemon slices
2 tbspQuick cooking tapioca
3 tbspSugar
2 tbspRaisins
1 tbspDried currants
1 Green apple, pred & sliced
Procedures:
1Wash & soak the dried fruit for 30 minutes.
2Pour fruit & water into a pressure cooker.
3Cover, set control at 15 & cook over heat till pressure is reached.
4Reduce heat & cook for 6 minutes.
5Cool naturally for 5 minutes.
6Run under cold water.
7Add cinnamon, lemon & tapioca.
8Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
9Add remaining ingredients.
10Simmer uncovered till fruit is tender but not mushy.
11Refrigerate till chilled.
12Can serve as a dessert.
