| 1 | Wash & soak the dried fruit for 30 minutes. |
| 2 | Pour fruit & water into a pressure cooker. |
| 3 | Cover, set control at 15 & cook over heat till pressure is reached. |
| 4 | Reduce heat & cook for 6 minutes. |
| 5 | Cool naturally for 5 minutes. |
| 6 | Run under cold water. |
| 7 | Add cinnamon, lemon & tapioca. |
| 8 | Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. |
| 9 | Add remaining ingredients. |
| 10 | Simmer uncovered till fruit is tender but not mushy. |
| 11 | Refrigerate till chilled. |
| 12 | Can serve as a dessert. |
