| 1 | 1st day: mix the dry mustard and vinegar (you might want to experiment here); cover and refrigerate. |
| 2 | 2nd day: mix eggs and sugar into the above; heat slowly and bring to a boil stirring constantly; cover and refrigerate. |
| 3 | 3rd day: add mayo, blend and refrigerate. |
| 4 | It"s ready to serve. |
| 5 | This is nice to have for impromptu get togethers when you"d like to have something on hand to pull out. |
| 6 | We eat it while playing cards because the fingers stay clean since the pretzels or bread stix aren"t greasy. |
| 7 | It is also good on bread and broiled a few minutes. |
