Ingredients:

| cup | AM Garbanzo Flour | | 1 1/2
| cup | Water | | 1
| cup | Tofu | | 1/4
| cup | Lemon juice | | 1/4
| cup | Water | | 1
| tbsp | Honey | | 3/4
| tsp | Sea salt (optional) | | 1/4
| tsp | Garlic powder (or more) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix the garbanzo flour and water in a saucepan. | | 2 | Bring to a simmering boil, stirring constantly. | | 3 | Remove from heat. | | 4 | Mix the remaining ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth. | | 5 | Stir into the cooked garbanzo paste. | | 6 | As the dip sits, it will become thicker. | | 7 | If necessary, add a little water to reach the desired consistency. |
